All Points Logistics is ISO
9001:2000 certified. All Points is also a Boeing Preferred Supplier (Silver)
and a Level III Supplier to Northrop Grumman.
The All Points Logistics management processes – developed
for its Federal customers and prime contractors has matured through two formal
mentor-protégé agreements with the Boeing Company -- which enables All Points
to effectively manage completion form and task order contracts. Our processes
have been developed to effectively and quickly respond to our customers’
requirements and changing needs by bringing the appropriate resources to bear
and by sustaining excellent performance through rigorous adherence to defined
processes and procedures. We began our journey as a contractor to NASA’s space
program, where the safety of human life is ultimately at stake. We understand
how to operate in a high risk environment where our work is driven by task
orders and special requests, as well as by sustained mission requirements.
We also understand – and excel
at – performance-based logistics. Our processes drive our own internal metrics,
and we partner with our customers to ensure that meaningful metrics are in place
for cost, schedule, and technical performance. Our experience has proven the
feasibility and attractiveness of performing logistics as performance-based
services. We are trained in Lean process re-engineering, and have successfully
implemented Lean in logistics functional areas to effect quantifiable,
measurable improvement.
Our performance has been
validated by several recent awards.
